The great grandkids, love it.Bought for 17m old girl I keep. She loves doing words. She has learned so much in just 2 lessons I did with her.Great for teaching but much smaller than I thought!After buying it twice and still haven't figured out the language change option to English only I was extremely frustrated (kept thinking I got a defective product)! I've tried contacting Amazon and they kept connecting me to their troubleshooting staffs (which were very unhelpful). I was about to return this product and never buy it again, but I decided to ask for help from the company directly. This turned out to be the correct choice because after following their instructions I was able to change the language with ease.Power off, press and hold the volume key and then turn on the power.Release the volume key after hearing BEEPING. Then it switches the language mode.Anyways, this is a fun learning toy and my toddlers love it! I took 1 star off because they should have a written instruction for language change on their manual or something. It has wasted a lot of my time to look for it.A fun way to help my little one learn more wordsWorksI purchased this toy for my granddaughter and I gave it a four instead of a five because the box looked like it was in storage for years. The box was dingy and tattered. I would have felt totally embarrassed giving it to someone other than my granddaughter. The toy itself was simple to use and lots of fun for my granddaughter. I absolutely love the product.I use it to teach him how to speak
