What an amazing way to personalize Karaoke! I love how you can hear yourself as you sing and can Bluetooth virtually any song to the device itself. The good color looks so jazzy too!This was a really fun toy for my daughter. I enjoyed hearing her sing along with the music she bluetoothed. The sound quality was ok for the price. Some of the pieces come off pretty easily.I ordered this for my granddaughter, regardless of the age recommendations on box, who just turned 6 years old. Her bday was in July. At the end of July she told me how much she loved it and how it was her “best present ever”. (She has many “best ________ ever”!! It could be pertaining to somewhere I took her, a ballgame her brothers’ won, when she gets off the school bus, or whatever else it may be that’s she grateful for. She loves to dance, sing, cheer, …When she got this out to sing with it, the top screen was broken off of the microphone. The sound worked and if she had been an adult and it something that had sentimental meaning I could actually understand the importance to her. The thing is, as I mentioned earlier in this passage, she has many “best _____ ever” days and things. I bought her this because the more/most expensive one which she had picked out from browsing Amazon for her bday present from me was too much on a birthday present as a toy without me seeing first hand that she would be responsible for it and it be taken care of. This may seem only natural for a parent/grandparent but one would need to the manner in which we raise our kids in our family. If items that are bought for them, even clothing, and we see that it abused and not taken care of in a proper way then we don’t make the mistake again and we hope by doing this, our children feel that they will always receive new things, regardless of the price, as long as we take care of what we are given. Some may think that this is extreme or that I may come off as a cheapskate and there are those, I’m sure, that will think I’m simply cruel. I would love to debate on that but it’s really none of you and yours to worry about it and it IS some of me and mine so we’ll tend to it! I will give an example so that there isn’t just a shrug of the shoulders thinking I have something to be ashamed of. I am the single last living grandparent that my babies have. I am disabled and drawing social security due my inability to work. I can’t even spend an entire evening with my grandkids without taking breaks which require my lying down every couple of hours. Not to sleep or nap but to simply rest my hips and legs and lower back. Due to back surgery , it’s rest periods which include sitting at least every hour as well as making sure that I don’t sit too long. Regardless of my medical history, every Penny I have left over monthly after my bills are paid I allow for two subscriptions that I enjoy the most, one being Amazon. I’ve never gotten anything of this quality which I’ve purchased on Amazon. Until this item. She played with it several times prior to it breaking. She would put on her regular singing and dancing program and once she was done, or might I say once her concert was over, she would place the microphone back in the box, look for a new hiding spot so her siblings wouldn’t ‘take it ?’ and it would stay there until next concert time. On the last occasion she sang, and talked, and taught dance steps. She was “introducing her next song”, and the screen looked tilted. She moved it and it tilted to the opposite side. I asked her to see it and I looked. The entire screen had broken off. Not came unglued or unscrewed, it was broken off the microphone! The only thing holding it to the microphone was the fact that there were wires under the screen. I’m sure you’ll respond with an apology and instructions to return the item. I guess I should say that if I were in your position I know I would. When I told my granddaughter that I would get her another one she said “no Grammy, I’ll keep it in the box if it’s okay and that way I’ll know the next time I can get the better because I kept taking care of it”. The price on this one probably doesn't seem much to some people and honestly I do believe that you get what you pay for but that’s not the case here either. We work hard to get every thing our children need and hopefully a few of the things they want. When I have the money I will go to the store and buy the more expensive one. She deserves it because if the special little girl she is and also because even though we live in a crazy, crazy world where people don’t even want to recognize their own quality or even the importance of looking at people, even if they are complete strangers, and offering a polite smile, I know of one little girl that definitely knows how to be kind, loving, and understanding. The most important part of her beauty is that she is extremely appreciative and grateful.♥️Loved this till I went to charge it and the charging port went into the mic and I can’t get it out so it’s ultimately broken.
