I wear an 8 in women's (Uggs included) and bought these in size 6 kids. They fit perfectly and every indication is they are genuine. The soles are very similar to the Uggs I bought from the official website, have the opalescent tag, and feel the same inside. I like that they can be worn with the shafts up or down and they're super cute. Plus, they were so inexpensive it feels like I stole them! 5/5 would buy again.
